Free Tax Workshop

We will review the changes for 2019 and give those who desire an opportunity to fill out their tax forms. The new tax act, with the elimination of exemptions and increase in the standard deduction, will allow most people to file a 1040 short for this year. Those wishing to prepare their taxes, should bring all documents received (W-2, 1099 etc.) Tax booklets and forms are available at the library and post office. Contact Jack Langfeldt for questions at jlangfeldt@stmarkbattlecreek.org.
