A mission for the future.
Every year, millions sit down to write a new year resolution, because we recognize there’s a gap between where we are and where we want to be. Something about the turning of the calendar tells us it’s due time to sit down and rethink the future.
In much the same way, it’s time for St. Mark to think about the future.
That’s why, for the past nine months, the leadership, staff and members of St. Mark have been deep in prayer and hard at work to write and rewrite our mission, vision, and values as a congregation. To ask, “God, how are you moving in Battle Creek?” so we could discern how he’s guiding us into the future.
